“I use the site a lot and everything I transparent and generally works well. Disappointed though that I currently receive offers for new clients, while I, as a loyal customer, have never received any offers, other than gaming ones which I am not interested in. Offers relevant to the client usage would be more appropriate and welcome.”

“I would rate as PERFECT one month ago but you have changed the exchange desktop. It is really bad, not suitable for usage, doesnt help anyone. Its an absolute disaster. You had the best and now you change it with that. I am sure that I am not the only one says that. Everyone is disappointed. I am so disappointed that I am thinking to move to your competitors. I am telling you that they will catch you up, because of this.”

“High commission (5%) compared to other sites that do the same job. Getting a free bet is nearly impossible despite me putting loads of money through your account. On the plus side, the site is easy to use and bets are simple to find.”

“5% commission is fairly steep when other exchanges offering just 2%. I remain loyal tho for some reason.”

“Exchange is expensive compared to Smarkets but has more markets and better liquidity. Sportsbook has good prices and good enhanced odds but I was soon restricted in bet size to peanuts. Promotions are poor. All in all, I use the exchange when there is no market on Smarkets and that's it.”
