“Very impressed with the overall site of Betfair, however extremely disappointed in the customer service. I set up an account not long ago and forgot to add the new welcome code so I could deposit an amount and you give free bet back. When I noticed my mistake your customer service simply said, nothing we can do about it now. Looking to switch accounts now to elsewhere”

“I have been a Betfair customer since 2002 and I used to have total respect and admiration for the company. I still have a good relationship with Betfair, but my opinion of the company completely changed when they introduced the Premium Charge which I believe is totally unjustified and is just pure greed. Furthermore it has had a notable detrimental effect on market liquidity over the last few years as many Premium Charge customers have gone.”

“not entirely happy at present. i joined up with the rangers celtic enhanced odds link. the obvious bet would be celtic but the enhanced odds were not available on that bet even though they were advertised as such.”
