“I had no idea the rules for one winner on a lucky 15 had changed from double odds. The Betfair representative resolved the issue, which I thought was very fair indeed, explaining everything clearly in the process. My account was credited with the amount I would have received before the rule change. Excellent customer service, thank you very much indeed.”
