“I was subjected to Fraud, Betfair investigated and refunded me. Took a while (a month) but at least I got my money back. Was frustrating waiting but I guess it had a process to go through”

“betfair lived up to their name. I was offered a free matched bet up to £25 if i bet this amount in total within 48 hours on sportsbook by email.unfortunately I did not read the email properly and consequently failed to opt in to get the freebie but they voided my bet and gave me chance to opt in when making the identical bet again..It was placed 19 hours before the race was due to be run so in plenty of time for me to duplicate it and was nice that their operator used a bit of common sense and fair play prevailed on this occasion.”
