“I recently had a bet on I'm a cele get me out of here, the bet was for Wayne Bridge to leave 7th. On the night both he and another contestant were announced together that both were leaving. I lost my bet, when I contacted Betfair they told me that the other contestant walked across the bridge first so that is why I lost. I argued with Betfair that it was a deadheat and I should get half the odds but they refuse to budge. After 15 years of have an account I will no longer bet with them, they are getting another penny out of them! Paul McCloud”

“Betfair seems to offer a very good service but, I still feel any admin charge levied for inactivity on the account, is very unfair. Such logic says that people who leave money in their account with us, will be charged but people who only put money in when they need to place a bet will not be charged.”
