“Betfair offers great cashout and I regularly get promotional offers which make me feel like a valued customer. The Customer service is fantastic with polite and understanding staff. Overall I couldn't be any happier with how they operate as a bookmakers and have grown to become one of my favorites.”

“Resolved an issue I had last night withdrawing my winnings and the assistant gave a thorough explanation, updated my bank card and then resolved the withdrawal on my behalf. Great customer experience, As tonight I had a slight technical explanation and was advised very quickly that it was already being investigated.”

“I simply like Betfair as a whole and would not use another exchange site. The website is very easy to use and anytime i have had a question the customer service has provided me with quick answers which makes the whole experience great. I always recommend Betfair to my family and friends, but they always scratch their heads wondering what the difference is between a normal betting site and Betfair.. they have no idea what they are missing out on!”
