“Had some problems with verification but being able to attach files to the chat made it very easy to correct. My only reason for not choosing excellent was I did not receive very clear messages about the verification and only found out once my account had been suspended. An email before hand would have been nice”

“I asked to changed my country because I have moved to another country in the meantime. The support provided was very good, I just need to wait for the related team to verify my documents provided.
