“Alison made it very easy for me by going through each reference id transactions and locating that if the transaction was a deposit and if it was succesful or not. Thank you so much. Always Recommend Betfair!”

“Ease of use, quick response times to chat/queries, well layed out pages that are easy to navigate, good promotions and generally all round reliability. (Although frighteningly I have been on the site when it has gone down and not been fixed for hours ~ in fact where it has been iffy for a week or so, with several footie games being suspended which knocked my confidence in Betfair to the core but it has since returned to being reliable & my confidence in it has returned)”
