“I have been a Betfair customer since 2002 and I used to have total respect and admiration for the company. I still have a good relationship with Betfair, but my opinion of the company completely changed when they introduced the Premium Charge which I believe is totally unjustified and is just pure greed. Furthermore it has had a notable detrimental effect on market liquidity over the last few years as many Premium Charge customers have gone.”

“Betfair is one of the best betting sites about the only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that there should be a option to come on live chat and get the option of the reverse withdrawal removed. It lingers for 24 hours giving some customers to much temptation. It shouldn't be removed all together but I believe it be better to have a opt out option of having that button and by doing so all withdrawals made cannot be reversed”
