“I'm pretty new to Betfair and I've spent a fair bit of time chatting to the staff through the online help. Everytime I have a query they help me through it, but the best thing about it is that the speak to me in a way that doesn't make me feel dumb. The people I've spoken to seem like genuinely good people! I'm very pleased with the service so far and will continue to use your site.”
