“I had a win at the weekend, a nice £134 for a £5 bet, very unusual for me I can tell you. On Monday I found out that I had also triggered a 20% of my winnings Free Bet through a scheme they were running. As I only bet on football and there was none on Monday I logged in on Tuesday only to find the Free Bet had expired ... I contacted Betfair's Live Chat and explained that I don't bet that much, so don't log on every day and they re-instated my Free Bet immediately, no problem at all, what superb Customer Service :-)”

“I am very happy except one expectional case with my betfair live casino bet I had backed two times the banker both the time banker won the game even the green light come you won but urge bet settled the other way around even I request to recheck my bet but no favor of my at the movement I feel betfair make me cry as even I won the bet I felt like real user”
