“Betfair has two good features - the exchange and the customer service. The exchange is great, I don't need to tell you why. Give a man an opportunity to get better prices, I'm not complaining. Secondly, with my one negative experience with Betfair Poker, your live chat colleague Jordan B. turned this into a positive. He is top quality and is both competent and charismatic. Thank you.”
