“We've been using this company for a couple of years. Excellent range of Heartbeat Bears which are all lovely quality. Always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Delivery is always excellent too and very quick. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use.”

“Bought two Bears for my 3 and 6 year olds Lockdown birthdays! They absolutely loved them, very good quality too. Thanks also to the staff member who offered to look out for the order coming in to make sure to send it out immediately so that it reached us in time for the special day! Just fantastic, highly recommend”

“My kids both LOVE snugglies and so we have ordered several of these kits (all cats!) from different retailers through the various lockdowns. Be My Bear is by far the best quality we've come across...not just the snuggly itself, but the gift bag, name certificate etc. The only complaint from my kids is that they don't have the optional add-on of fragrance chips.”

We are so sorry ted is still in transit - I'm sure he can't wait to arrive at his new home. Unfortunately we have no control over the Royal Mail service you chose - a standard delivery which in normal circumstances can take up to 7 working days from date of dispatch to delivery. As you know Royal Mail are struggling hugely with a backlog of parcels due to the bad weather and the pandemic. We do advise customers who need orders urgently to opt for our next day express service which is more expensive but is tracked and guaranteed. We are so sorry ted has not yet arrived but I am sure he will be with you very soon.
