“I just wanted to say that the unicorns arrived in time for the party and the children absolutely loved making them. All the parents said what a great idea it is for a party so I’m sure you will be getting lots more orders over the months! Thanks again for all your help with this, probably the best customer service I have received. Thanks also for the little outfit you sent, my daughter was totally chuffed with the outfit for her unicorn.”

“The bears I ordered (20) were all absolutely amazing. Super soft and cuddly. The children did get bored halfway through stuffing it (6 & 7 year olds) but they loved the finished bear and enjoyed putting in the little hearts and naming them. The other mothers sent me photos of the children sleeping with their bears and still cuddling it the next day. Highly recommend.”

“Bought for my 8 year old so we could put her heartbeat in it like her brothers bear, reasonably priced, super easy to do, excellent quality and extremely fast delievery, think it took 2-3 days, got emails to say when dispatched ect… 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be a returning customer”

Hi Kathryn Thank you for your review of our voice boxes. Recording time is 20 seconds, so it gives you plenty of scope for a personal message for a special person on a special occasion. I am sure your grandchildren love to hear from you in such as unusual way ! You don't even have to put the voice box inside a plushie - it could go onto a card, or even into a biscuit tin - so many opportunities if you use your imagination !

Thank you so much for your brilliant review. Such positive comments from a regular customer such as yourself confirms to us that we are hitting the spot in terms of product and customer service ! I am not sure if you bought our Rainbow bears for your Rainbow Unit to make. We do sell build-your-own-bear and animal packs to brownies, cubs and scouts as bear-making makes a great indoor or outdoor activity or a fundraiser so it ticks lots of boxes !

“I absolutely love these teddies.i ordered them for my children as we are going kn holdiay and thought it be a fun thing to do. Very affordable brilliant quality and my son even wants to do more and have all of his friends to join in too so we are going to get them for my sons birthday party now!”

Hi Maria This is the first that we have heard of the delay to your order which was dispatched on March 6 via our Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. As you can see from your tracking number your parcel is showing as being in transit and out for delivery. The recent bad weather has probably delayed the delivery but hopefully it will be with you very soon.

“Very helpful. I called in advance to discuss my needs, the lady was very helpful. So I placed my order and my bears turned up very quickly. On appearance they seem like very good quality. Our party isn't until the weekend so we are yet to build them but they look great.”

“Really impressed! My order arrived swiftly and I found customer services really helpful and friendly. We held my daughter's 4th birthday party at home yesterday and each child made a bear and LOVED them! Even my 7 year old son, who was trying to act like a cool older brother, loved his rainbow bear.”
