“I have been a customer of Be My Bear for very many years and have always been greeted as a long lost friend and genuine interest in what I have been doing by the lovely helpful lady who answers the phone. No matter how small my order she is always helpful and suggests alternatives if she thinks it is helpful to me. Sadly, I now suffer from arthritis in my hands and my orders are very small, the last one was only just over the Mail postage. Thank you so much lovely lady! Jill”
