“Ordered Royal Egyptian towels. Delivered on time. The towels are luxurious and soft and very absorbent. Very pleased so far. If they stay soft after washing they will be brilliant.”

“Ordered sheets and towels last week and been asked for a review the day before they rang to say there was a 2 week delay on my sheets which are needed for a holiday let next week. Wish I'd bought elsewhere!”

“goods not received yet. Almost a week now and no communication from the company since order was placed except to tell me its awaiting fulfilment. Need to chase it up but busy and shouldn't have to. Just as an update, when goods eventually arrived after 2 telephone calls, they seem to be of good quality at a reasonable price for our holiday accommodation. The management have apologised for the problems encountered. Would I order from them again? Based on quality of goods quite possibly but would think twice if I wanted them in a hurry.”
