“I am disappointed with the pillow. I had it for less than 2 weeks and has not helped me with my neck ace. At £70 I feel it would be superior. I think it’s too hard.”

“Ever since we bought a memory foam mattress a year ago from a well known brand, we have been experiencing night sweats despite the comfort from the support it provides. We even bought an expensive wool mattress topper which promises high cooling properties but no joy. After staying few days at one of the hotels in Lake District, with the best night sleep we’ve ever had, we then discovered they used B&B bedding which I wasn’t familiar with. I have since bought 2 complete sets of bedding and it has been a complete positive change waking up in the morning to find your body cool and sheets dry. It really does make a difference. Super company with super fast delivery too! Can’t rave enough.”

“I bought 2 pillows, and the fuller one was the combination feather (20 pct down) while the 100 pct down is softer and less ‘full’. Having one of each is the perfect combination for me. Previously have bought JL feather pillows but have moved them to guest room as these ones are nicer!”

“Bought a towelling dressing gown for my husband & a white waffle dressing gown for myself. Really lovely buys. First class quality as I knew it would be as I’ve previously bought a white towelling dressing for my self. It’s always nice to have a discount! I previously had trouble purchasing my order as a message came up” we don’t deliver to the UK”. This time everything was straight forward. A very fast delivery as well. “Very good quality products, long wearing. You can tell they supply the hotel industry. Might be a little more expensive than other products, but well worth the extra investment. Delivered the product the next day by courier. Highly recomend”

“I am very disappointed with the bedlinen I ordered. It looks great but we find that it is not crisp and cool as advertised and I wonder if the thread count of 400 is not sufficient. I have other brands that manage to keep cool in use so sadly I cannot recommend your product.”
