“My main purchase was two Savoy pillows, but I also bought pillow protectors and some flannels. I am very pleased with all of my purchases. The quality is really good and the delivery service was brilliant. I had a slight problem with one pillow protector which was instantly replaced. An extremely positive shopping experience.”

“My 10th year buying from beaumont and Brown I have been buying all my bed sheets and towels from this company for the past 10 years, and the quality and service are always excellent. A big plus point is that over the past few years, they have cut down considerably on plastic packaging. The bedding lasts for years before needing to be replaced, and it feels great”

“I ordered sheets that I hoped were like my Hyatt experience. The UK King size is completely different than US and I saw no notice of that. Shipping to the US was supposed to be £100 but I was charged £200 pounds and the sheet did not fit! A notice to US customers would have fixed that problem. If I wanted to pay for return shipping to the UK (after already spending £200 on initial shipping!) they would have sent me a different size. The sheets are not soft, but hopefully will get better with age, although my fitted sheet is unusable. Very dissapointing.”

“Lovely bedding - very generous sized Super King sheets and effective pillow protectors. Pillowcases also good size so no wrestling pillows into them. When replacing old B&B sheets I mistakenly ordered the wrong size! I re-ordered and the refund was made quickly and efficiently! Very happy.”
