I paid this company £250 at the beginning of August and have not received a reply to several emails and the product did not arrive. It is now about 6 weeks. A horrendous customer experience. Very disappointing. Can someone respond?

Ordered two vases on 22July! Order confirmed and supposedly shipped, to be delivered week of 8 August! Still no delivery or communication! Sent a registered post letter as can get no other feedback as to where my order is and it was refused twice on Saturday! What sort of service is that and where are my vases or my £685!! So so disappointed and disgusted in this service.

Disappointed in communication with company, I have sent many emails to see when order will be sent to me as we have renovated and the only thing we are waiting on is the wall lighting. I have had no reply’s from email, instagram or their online chat just constant tickets being created. It has been over 30days being told it would be sent early august and payment taken of just under £300 Am very disappointed. Please let me know when my order is due.

Ordered two vases costing £685 on 23 July! Money taken straight away but no delivery! I have send numerous emails and messages and no one has answered! Appalling service would not recommend to anyone!

Can someone please reply to my emails about my order!! I have emailed 5 times in the last two weeks and haven’t had a single response. I know your team works Mon-Friday but this is ridiculous. I paid over £500 for a dressing table on pre-order which I has already been delayed twice and i was last told that you were expecting the delivery on the 7th August which has since passed. I haven’t had any emails, shipping confirmations NOTHING. I placed my order back in June and have been waiting 2 months now. This is causing me a lot of stress, please can you reply to my email and give me a refund at this point because it’s beyond a joke.

Received my table light that was faulty, reported this to customer service which you have to wait 7days for someone to come back to you 😡. The lights was collected, id asked for a refund but 4days later I received an e-mail to say a new light was on its way😡. It’s now been over 2months and still no refund. You can not speak to anyone on the phone and have to wait 7 days for any responses the customer service is an absolute joke!!!

A week after ordering my product I had received no information about delivery so I contacted customer services. Their response time is 2 to 7 days. After 5 days I received a reply to say my product would be dispatched at end of the week. A few days later I received an email to say the advertised cost of the item was incorrect and I could not have it for the price I paid. They asked me if I wanted to pay the extra but before I could reply my order was cancelled.. I am waiting for a refund and don’t know how long this will take as my emails have not been responded to. Customer services from this company is appalling and I won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered a number of items from this Company and they came in two different. There was a problem with two of the items and despite several emails and a complete lack of meaningful response, months later this still isn’t resolved.

I placed an expensive order on 18 December. The web site said delivery would be around 8 January. I had an order acknowledgement and my payment was taken on 18 December. Since then nothing. I emailed to find out what was going on but got a reply on 11 January saying I would get a response within 3-4 days and not to email again as I would go back to the back of the queue. Still nothing. I am about to report this to PayPal if no further contact. Shocking service!

Any reputable company should offer and facilitate free returns. Products arrived dusty and looking as previously opened.

I have still not received my order and no delivery date. I have sent 3 emails to your customer support and received one response which said 1-delivery man! What does that mean.. I ordered my item on Thursday 6th October!!

Ordered a lamp with express next day delivery and I’m still waiting over a week later. No communications from. Beaumonde either. Very poor.

This is the first time I have shopped with Beaumonde and the last. I ordered a black libra clock and when it came it was antique black with bronze in it. I have now got to pay to send it back when there description is totally wrong. There customer service is poor no one gets back in touch. Think twice before you shop with this company.

Only received 1 of my 3 items ordered 16 days ago which all showed in stock for delivery straight away. Emailed and no response. Still in the dark, spent nearly £1000. Will have to go through my credit card for a refund
