Good Afternoon Stuart, So sorry to hear this. Your order was shipped with Royal Mail on the 30th November. Unfortunately, Royal Mail have been and are continuing to take strike action so this is resulting in large delays with their deliveries dating back to the start of November. We hope that you should receive your order in the next couple of days as they catch up with the back log. Please refer to the note on our website ‘Royal Mail are striking throughout December, this may cause potential delays to our Royal Mail 2/3 day service. Our courier service is unaffected. “Your parts and service always very good but I’m still waiting for my order should have arrived 6 days ago and I can’t use my machine yet. It’s all royal mails fault I guess but maybe you need to change delivery company whilst they are being so useless. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more delivery to have them in time”
