“Great service and strong pricing… I use their website as a reference quoting in our initial sketch designs BB part numbers. Prices are good and even better with production volumes 9.5/10 guys”

“I'm a hobbyist machinist/model engineer, and have a small workshop in a one and a half car garage. I've got various machine tools (lathe, mill, tool and cutter grinder, etc.), all of which were bought second hand, disassembled, cleaned fettled, adjusted, and modified/restored. Everything from bearing boys I've had, has arrived very quickly (and I'm too skint to pay for express delivery!), and been exactly what I need. The website is plenty good enough, so I've only needed to call the fellas for advice just the once, and when I did, I got really good advice about what I needed (and it was one of the cheaper options, too). Can't think of anything bad to say about these guys.”

“Great helpful service. Quick delivery. Unfortunately it doesn't fit- too small. Not thier fault, it was what I ordered but I measured it wrong. Question- will you exchange it?”

Helpful Report

Sorry to hear the belt is too small. We've tried to call but have been unable to get hold of you. You are more than welcome to return the belt, and we will refund you. For the replacement belt, we will arrange it as a new order once we know what it is you require. Send returns to: Bearingboys Ltd Unit 8 Mission Road Rackheath Industrial Estate Rackheath NR13 6PL Link to our returns form: https://www.bearingboys.co.uk/uploads/CUSTOMER%20RETURN%20FORM%202026.pdf Don't worry if you are unable to print, just provide your identifiable information - primarly name and order number - so we can match who the return has come from. I hope this is satisfactory for you. Have a good day! Kind regards Bearingboys

“Easy to order on line, however the website does not allow corrections or amendments to the order once made. I had to call them to cancel the order and then place another order as the new order was few pence more. A bit of a faff but resolved.”
