“No problem with the products but I needed the bearing and oil seal next day delivery which I was told would be ok as there was plenty of time to get the order out. Next day delivery turned out to be a 3 day delivery!! I was not offered a premium delivery charge which I would have paid as the job was urgent. As I don’t and justifiably as it turned out, trust the Post Office, as my order was urgent, at the same time I duplicated the same order with Simply-Bearings and the order did come next day, which I paid £5 more on the carriage, but that didn’t matter. In both cases I asked for next day delivery. So boys, just some advice, don’t rely on 1st Class post when offering next day delivery, Simply-Bearings also didn’t bother to tell me that I would have to pay more for guaranteed next day delivery, they just billed me and I never questioned the price, but thanks I still have a second bearing in stock and oil seals, so I’m good!”

“Good, prompt service at reasonable prices. I have not used the timing pulleys I purchesed yet, but they certainly look & feel the bee's knees! One tiny criticism, I bought a 72-5M-09 pulley thinking it would have a flange, AS THE PICTURE SHOWED. However, it did not. This was really my fault for not seeing the 'N/A' somewhere in the description. (Having become a recent 3-D Printer wizard, I was able to print off two flanges and bolt them to the pully, no problem!!”
