The website works when you are searching for a specific bearing so you don't waste your or the customers' time searching for that specific item. Delivery is always fast and efficient”

“I ordered material from the Bearing Boys website. It arrived on time and was reasonably priced. However, I emailed the sales team to request a Certificate of Conformity and was told they could not give me one after an order had been placed. This would have been fine if this was mentioned on the website, however, it was not. When asked how to request a CofC before purchasing (as there is nowhere to request this on the website) I was told I had to phone or email them with a purchase order. Again, this is okay, but please put this somewhere on the website, as I now have a piece of material with no certification. And if I had known, I would have ordered it through another method. Thank you.”
