“I was after some belts for a Kuhn topper , because the old belts were pretty shredded I was not sure of the numbers for the belts , we had bought off Bearingboys several years back and the belts lasted very well , I asked the young lady if she could get the information from our previous purchase , she checked up and within seconds she found the information , they didn't have that number of belts in stock but ordered the equivalent belts of a better quality again than the others , believe it or not but the belts were actually cheaper . The young lady was very efficient and good to deal with , when I had finished you couldn't help but feel how simple this was to get sorted out especially nowadays . 10 out of 10 service , very good is not good enough to rate them , excellent would be far better”
