“Hi , Thought perhaps I owe you a dept of special thanks ! Before placing my order I spoke to a young lady who not only dealt with my enquiry with very friendly in a professional manner , but also demonstrated a very good knowledge of your product lines , which resulted in me changing my original purchase plan and purchased a more suitable product for my application . These attributes is a very rare commodity today . My order arrived spot on time ( in fact it was a minute early ) . The service you have provided has allowed me to progress this job very speedily . Please thank all your staff involved in processing of my order with such professionalism even though my order value was very little indeed . I will certainly be using your services again and will recommend you . Many Thanks from a very happy customer . Glen Stone”
