“I needed new belts for my drill press, I ordered what I thought was the correct size, they arrived within a day or two, but I had got the wrong sizes, I phoned and spoke to a very helpful chap who talked me through what was most likely the right sizes, which he then sent, without charge. Very helpful people.”
