“Why I chose Bearing Boys: - First company I came across doing google search for a commercial machine belt - never heard of them before but liked the easy to remember name - easy to search and find product ( although the belt was megadyne not Dunlop, which I was happy with as never used Dunlop before, always have mega dyne) - had PayPal always a plus as don’t have to use the card. - product came following day as requested next day fast delivery, product was really nicely packaged and fitted fine.”

“The quality of these two bearings are not what I expected, The inner ring of the bearing is crooked, bore size are not the same, one bore is smaller than others, and I am not able to find the page of after-sale service. Hopefully I can get an explanation. It took three days to get my first order which is good, but for my second order, it haven’t shipped yet two days after I paid, and there’s no way to cancel it!”

“usually good but got badley let down on my last next day before 12 delivery . 5 days later the poart arrived and wasted an entire day for one of my enginners , cost me £300 and got refunded the delivery cost of £20 . there was no comunication or any thing from them until after i had to chased twice .”

“i'm in the process of making a jig for a job and i needed a small "C" shape bit of metal tube and this will be perfect once ive chopped it in half! The service from the BB's was excellent as the item arrived next day and it was still much cheaper than buying a small bit of tube from a metal supplier! As a person who has worked in the electric motor repair industry for many years before retirement, i very much appreciate it when a company goes that extra mile even for a one off item!
