“Product shown as available from stock so placed order. Telephoned several days later to obtain an update to be advised full quantity not available. Was advised part quantity would be despatched. Waited in all morning so telephoned to obtain a tracking number. Was messed around and eventually established no goods available or despatched. Absolutely dreadful experience and will never go near this organisation again.”
