“I needed a battery for a watch - I never used Battery Station before but they had a wide range of sizes or types and found the right one very easily. Delivery was reasonably priced but postman was bit slow to deliver. I'l likely use then again”

“I've dealt with Battery Station a number of times and have always found their product range, prices and speed of service to be excellent. The only criticism that I have relates to my most recent order which was dispatched to Yodel to deliver (I do not have a good word for Yodel, well I do but it's not repeatable here), Yodel have caused issue with almost every delivery that I have received through them, why so many retailers use them I do not know as from my experience it relects negatively upon them. I have already flagged this up to Battery Station and advised that I'd happily pay a bit more for delivery in order to get a competent ontime courier who didn't lie about the delivery taking place. Battery Station have advised me that they will shortly be reviewing their practices and contractors. Just to clarify I have no issue whatsoever with Battery Station and what they offer, just that the recent experience where Yodel were used turned what should be a 5* review into a 4* review.”
