“Not great as ordered on the early black friday 7% off offer and put in the code but didnt receive the discount so was at full price. Emailed in after to highlight this and not had any thing in return”

Hi Liam Yes you did get the discount. I have added a screenshot of the totals of your order above. You can see the total including VAT but before shipping was originally £51. 7% of £51 is £3.58. That was removed before shipping was added at £4.25. So your total was £51.67. Please see above screen shot. If you log in and look at your order, you'll see it was applied.
