“Black Friday code not accepted at checkout”

Hi Tom, The code was used hundreds of times successfully. We did include specific information on it on the email, and also anyone who contacted us we sent an email with screen shots. The confusion is that the code box is separate after the payment information has been entered but before the order is confirmed. “I of the 4 batteries I ordered did not work and you have failed to answer several e-mails from me asking you to rectify the situation. I can see no reason why I should buy further batteries elsewhere rather than get a replacement from you.”

Hi Dennis, We replied to your email and didn't hear from you again. The reason the batteries do not work in your cordlress phones is because they are 900mAh and the chargers built into the handset and base stations top out around 750mAh for AAA cells. In some you can get away with 800mAh but we've not come across any that will charge 900mAh cells. If you use a normal battery charger you will see they charge up just fine and can be used in other devices requiring AAA rechargeable batteries.
