“Excellent batteries at a fair price. But next day delivery not worth paying for - admittedly it was over Christmas, but 6 days when next working day promised unacceptable. As I needed the battery to get my car out of the garage I won't be using BS again. No response to request for refund of additional courier fee either.”

Hi Rob, Yes you ordered on Christmas eve around 10.30pm at night so we weren't in on Christmas Day, nor Boxing Day and the courier networks are not delivering or collecting on those days. We picked and packed it on the 28th on our Sunday shift but the first collection day was Monday 29th, so you should have received it on Tuesday 30th. So there is nothing wrong with the next day delivery. This is a strange complaint as most of the country is shut down on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and the weekend days are not business days. During normal times of year, if you order and use Next Day delivery before 4pm on business day, it will arrive on the next business day. Our customers use this all the time and find it very reliable.
