Rhis is the second time over a couple of years I have bought some rechargeable batteries from this Co. They have always been excellent in every service they provided and competitively priced too. I will buy again I am sure when the need arises.

Hi Matthew, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery experience. Your order was dispatched promptly on a Parcelforce 24-hour service as selected. According to the Royal Mail tracking information, delivery was attempted on three separate occasions (29th April, 30th April and 1st May), however each attempt was marked by Royal Mail as “No Answer”. Following these attempts, the parcel was then made available for redelivery or collection from the local depot/post office from 5th May onwards. We do understand how frustrating delays can be, however in this case the shipment was dispatched correctly and multiple delivery attempts were made by the courier before the parcel was held for collection. Our customer service department it contacting you directly to ensure you do have details of the tracking information, which were emailed to you on the evening of dispatch by Royal Mail as well.
