Dear Shahd, As we explained to you via email, your order was submitted late on a Friday evening after our cut-off time for next day deliver. We advise all customers to check our delivery page before placing their orders. Your order was therefore dispatched on the Monday which was the next working day and was delivered on the Tuesday. “I had three requests to write a review. I placed my order on 10th October and as at 18 October I'm still waiting for the batteries to be delivered. Assuming that the write a review request would be sent after the goods, I tried to track the order on line but this facility isn't available. So I will have to waste my time now, trying to find out where the goods are, Oh joy. Anyway my personal experience thus far is Poor, if I'm being generous.”

“Battery is not correct, but the picture was as shown on web site, LR61 is a 9volt battery type PP3. Cannot really complain as it was my error. Picture on web site was correct”

“Ordered on Wednesday 8th may.With a 2/5 day delivery. when the order did not arrive by Tuesday 14th, I made calls to the number given as I was concerned the tracking number was not being recognised either. I also emailed the company, with all the details and my concerns .At no time did I receive a response to either my calls or emails which would have reassured me. The order did however arrive on the 15th. Feel let down.by poor customer service.”
