“I have only rated with a four only for one reason otherwise everything was exceptionally good and would have deserved a five star. Because l was late ordering the item l missed out on next day delivery, which l understood completely, however because of the amount l spent l think l should have had some kind of correspondence confirming my order, just a quick email saying thanks for your order, would have been satisfactory, instead it was down to me to ring you up and confirm you had received the order.”

“Prompt delivery and friendly service but their communications could be better. My order confirmation went missing and there was no despatch notification; it wasn't until DHL sent me a text that I knew my cabinet was coming. It arrived damaged so I had to organise a replacement. They were very helpful but my issue only progressed at the rate of one email a day.”

“I cannot comment on the shower yet because I am still waiting on my plumber but all looking good. Bathquest delivered when they said. Given all the problems with the EU and covid it was refreshing to find a company who told me how long it would take. I have run a business honesty really works. Well done.”

“Great price, and very helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5* was the lack of updates on the order. Came really quickly but no indication of when it was going to turn up. Luckily I was home!”
