Prompt delivery and friendly service but their communications could be better. My order confirmation went missing and there was no despatch notification; it wasn't until DHL sent me a text that I knew my cabinet was coming. It arrived damaged so I had to organise a replacement. They were very helpful but my issue only progressed at the rate of one email a day.
