“The ordering process and tracking/delivery service was excellent. I was very disappointed that the box containing the toy had a large white sticker (in Chinese), which wasn't removable. The box stated that 99% parts were made in the USA and 1% in China, so this was confusing. The box was also inferior quality compared to a similar product from a High Street store. As the toy was for a gift, I'm unable to make comment on the contents or quality of the toy.”

“Speedy delivery and happy with the price, the cheapest I'd found after shopping around for this particular Nerf gun. Delivery packaging was poor. The box was pretty much open - or at least, the contents were easily accessible without opening, which isn't great when purchasing expensive gifts. The box had not been secured enough. Contents of ours were fine but I'm flagging so aware for the future. I wouldn't have enjoyed having to follow up on missing items already paid for, had they fallen out (could have done easily with the smaller item ordered) or been taken somewhere in transit.”

“Customer service in after sales fantastic but as for delivery company you use not so good. They said left parcel in outbuilding, I live in a flat there are no outbuildings. Then after a few phone calls and 3 days later the parcel magically appears at my front door for anyone to take. Would have given 5 star if it wasn't for delivery company.”
