“Booking was easy, and Inga was informative and helpful throughout. Documentation arrived when expected. We were able to add whale-watching to our tour with no difficulty. We had a wonderful time. The tour itself was generally well-paced and really informative. Our courier, Vally, was very knowledgeable and good at conveying her love of Iceland. We loved her singing Icelandic songs to us! The places we visited were varied and very, very beautiful. I'm interested in History, so I was glad to hear about key events and how the volcanic activity over the centuries has shaped the Icelandic way of life. Overall the hotels were excellent and so was the food.”

“We would like to thank Lena for organising a wonderful itinerary for our visit to St. Petersburg, Sweden and Norway. She was always willing to answer any questions we had and assist in completing our Russian visa application. All the arrangements worked excellently and the hotels she selected were in perfect locations and of good quality. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly use Baltic Travel again and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.”

“Baltic Travel Company are very knowledgeable and helpful. We expressed a few areas of interest and they did the rest! Before our trip we were sent very detailed itineraries and helpful tips. One party was based in the UK, the other in Australia. Baltic handled this contingency really well. The arrangements in Russia were well organised and we had great accommodation, guides and drivers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Baltic, particularly if you are lucky enough to be going to Russia.”

“We recently did your TasteofNorwaytoirand can't speak highly enough , it was so well planned by Saija, who couldn't do enough for us, we had such a wonderful time , as 75. Year olds we could t have done better ourselves, hotels were lovely and so near the transport, even the Norwegian weather was good to us. We are hoping to visit Norway again in the next 2 years health permitting and if we do we would have no hesitation in using your company which we only found by chance on the Internet. I would like to compement you on your lovely staff member Saija who went out of her way to make our holiday as pleasant as possible Thank you again for a lovely holiday Kind regards Joan and Falconer Ireland from Australia.”

“I was extremely grateful to Daina who helped us when I was rushed to hospital at Heathrow immediately prior to boarding to Norway. she enabled us to catch a plane next morning and so not to lose our holiday The arrangements all turned out to be fine with actual voyage excellent”

“I used the Baltic Travel Company for a tailor-made short trip to Stockholm and Visby. The itinerary was very clear and ensured the holiday ran like clockwork. All hotels included were of high quality and in convenient locations. On top of this, the quotation for the holiday was half the price of their competition! Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.”

“This is the second time I've used Baltic travel, and I am still very impressed with the company. The itinerary is well prepared and well detailed, hotels were avarage, but I don't think that there were many other options. I had problems with 2 hotels, whilst I was away, however with a couple of phone calls these were very quickly resolved.”

“Brilliant holiday in Riga and Jurmala. Everything perfect from start to finish, including the special assistance at Gatwick. Daina made sure all the little details were covered, and more. The hotels we booked, as advised by Daina as suitable for disabled people, were excellent with facilities as described. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The transfers from the airport and to both the hotels were great. Drivers on time, very helpful and courteous. We also booked a driver from Baltic Beach hotel to take us to Rundale Palace, again couldn't fault it. Also the welcome at Rundale was great, separate entrance for wheelchair users which was excellent. Thank you to Daina and her team for making this holiday so enjoyable. We won't hesitate in booking with Baltic Travel Company again”

“An excellent holiday with beyond the call of duty support from Inga at Baltic Travel Company when things went a bit awry medically. We were on our way to the airport to fly to Riga and had to divert to A&E instead. Inga immediately leapt in to action and sorted out our delayed travel. Thank you Inga! The itinerary is well through through and covers a lot of varied and interesting places. Driving was easy, food was good, the hotels were a good mix of traditional and modern and were well located. The best one we stayed at was the Hotel Euroopa in Tallin but all were comfortable with helpful staff. We chose to have an extra day in both Tallinn and Jurmala which gave us more time to explore and we were glad that we had done that. All in all an excellent holiday with an excellent travel company.”

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our tailor-made trip through all three Baltic States a few weeks ago. The itinerary was put together by Daina with exemplary care and efficiency and all arrangements on the ground worked without a hitch. We were mildly disappointed with the City Boutique hotel in Riga where the welcome on arrival left much to be desired and there was a poor response to several small requests during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending Baltic Travel to others planning to visit these safe and friendly places with their attractive architecture and fascinating, but complex, histories.”

“An outstanding holiday. All travel arrangements worked perfectly. The itineries in both Moscow and St. Petersburg were excellent, just the right balance between activities and free time. We enjoyed having the evenings free to choose where to dine, there were some great restaurants in both cities, Even the weather was perfect for such a trip. “Daina at Baltic Travel Company was most understanding of my requirements and tolerant of the changes to my itinerary which I needed to have made. I considered the charges made by the company to be reasonable. The arrangements made by Baltic Travel Company's agents in Saint Petersburg - I believe Intourist - went off perfectly without any snag: my guide Nadia was most punctual, charming and knowledgeable, and considerate of an old man. The hotel, Angleterre, was fine, and changed my allocated room to one nearer the lift without demur. The six days (inclusive of the two travel days) were most enjoyable if somewhat tiring. I wish I had given myself more time in a most interesting city and for an excursion to Novgorod - maybe on a future visit made through the good offices of Baltic Travel. I may well use Baltic Travel Company's services in the future should I wish to go to any other city in Russia or other country in which it specializes.”

“Daina organized a perfect 4 day trip to Vilnius including 2 days trips to see other parts of Lithuania. The traveliing, the hotel, the trips and even the weather were all outstanding. We cannot recommend Baltic Travel and indeed Daina more highly. The only sadness is that your company does not deal with all countries in the world!”

“This is the second time I have used the services of the Baltic Travel Agency, and Daina in particular. Daina has been very helpful and efficient. She helped me plan two very wonderful tailor-made trips to Latvia to visit relatives and answered all my questions and took account of several changes I made to my itinerary. “We had a great time in Riga, the Hotel Justus was very central and convenient and we had a pleasant stay there. We bought tickets online for the ballet before we went £19.00 each just 8 rows back in the stalls. Good places to eat and drink everywhere and almost every attraction within walking distance of hotel.”

“My friend and I travelled to St Petersburg with Baltic Travel in April. Daina was fantastic. She patiently helped fill in the Visa Application over the phone. Set Itineraries. Made suggestions. Booked places of interest. Hotel was all we asked for and in a perfect location. Everything was made easy for us without having to look for hours on the internet and we sill had time to do our own thing. We shall definitely use this company again. A vey personal and good company to deal with.”

“Lena put together a wonderful anniversary trip for us, visiting Vilnius, Riga and Talinn. All the travel arrangements were flawless and we stayed in wonderful hotels in each city. “We needed a very bespoke itinerary which would enable us to be in a certain place on a certain day, [to commemorate our grandfather, who died in the war, in Norway]. The team at Baltic Travel company were very accommodating to our frequent changes to the itinerary. The whole adventure ended up being the trip of a lifetime. Beyond the eagles, whales, dog sledding, it was the quietness and vast expanses of ice, mountains and sea that was so breathtaking. We even managed a bit of skiing. I'd thoroghly recommend Norway, lufoten islands and getting Baltic Travel company to book it all for you.”
