“My experience with Baltic Travel Company and liaising with Daina during the booking of our trip to Iceland (a surprise birthday present for my partner), throughout our stay and on our journey home. Daina was so helpful with booking our transfer flights, and assisting with modifying our itinerary so it suited us perfectly. We had an extra day in Reykjavik as a result of airport strikes and Daina was able to assist and support us whilst we were there, as well as helping with receiving our invoice from the hotel so we could claim this back from BA. The holiday itself was so memorable and Iceland is a beautiful country to visit. The landscape is breathtaking and unlike anywhere else I've been to, all of the tours that we had pre-planned were so well orchestrated and hassle-free meaning that we were able to enjoy the sights of the Golden Circle, the South Coast and the Northern Lights (once we eventually had good enough weather to see them!). The city of Reykjavik was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the city itself was amazing to walk through. We also had a trip to the Sky Lagoon which was a brilliant place to relax between our excursions. Overall, myself and my partner had the most wonderful time and made some amazing memories. We are both NHS workers so trying to get annual leave for both of us is nearby impossible so making this time worthwhile has been a blessing. “Our trip to Finland arranged by the Baltic Travel Company was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish - I am so grateful to have found them online. Inga Navickiene was so prompt and efficient to respond to our enquiries and she also made great suggestions for hotels, activities, etc - Inga made the whole experience so easy and seamless. We will definitely use Baltic Travel again if we are traveling to a country that they service as it truly was a 5 star experience. Their customer service is second to none and it was great value for money as well and we have made memories to last a lifetime!”

“Diana, Just thought I'd drop you a line to say a big thank you for organising our trip to Svalbard. Basecamp was a perfect hotel, everything was great for us and thanks for the "Trapper Treat" and wine which went down brilliantly. Jeanette enjoyed her 60th celebrations. We had a fantastic meal at Gruvlageret on our first night after your feedback. Our booked excursions were excellent, dog sledging and I'm pleased we didn't know the details of the Ice Cave before we went, if we had, at least two of our party wouldn't have gone. Pushed a few limits and all survived to tell the tale! The Radisson Blu in Oslo was so convenient for the airport and train. Thanks for organising a brilliant trip for us.”

“We've just had a great trip to Norway and can't thank the Baltic Travel Company enough. The itinerary was really well coordinated and each component was an adventure in itself. The communication was great before during and after the trip. Beforehand the travel pack came with all the instructions for the travel logistics and tours - all spot on. While we were away, one excursion was cancelled due to bad weather but Inga got the message to me via the hotel (I didn't have my e-mail available) so there was no confusion. Also very prompt to refund for this cancellation on our return. This was a trip I don't think I could have booked myself given the complicated timetables so without BTC it wouldn't have happened. Thanks to the team - BTW the Northern Lights were spectacular!!”

“I had such a lovely time in Norway and I'm genuinely glad I chose Baltic to help me with my travel plans! I normally self-plan holidays but because it was my first time in a Nordic country, I decided to call in the "experts". All of my experiences scheduled with Baltic, from flight to accommodation to activity, went off without a hitch. The local guides for my "excursions" were a delight and even ran a tour when I was the only participant. I am the type of person who will scrutinize reviews to determine if I'm making the right choice - Baltic made this holiday a breeze and I would 100% book them again. I hope to come back to Norway again and spend a bit more time - 5 days was not enough :)”

“I cannot recommend Baltic Travel Company enough! I have already passed their details on to a few friends because of how brilliant they were. When I first enquired about a booking, their responses were always fast. Inga provided such detailed information and options (such as a choice of hotel). I love that the holiday options were each given a full agenda and breakdown of each days activities. This felt so organised, even before we went on our trip, and certainly was whilst we were there. Every trip and transfer was organised and all relevant paperwork sent which made it so easy. Even an illustration of directions to the hotel was provided which gave me peace of mind when travelling to somewhere I hadn’t been before. Unfortunately one of the excursions planned for us had been cancelled by the operator, but Daina contacted us straight away (even before we got on the plane to go to Iceland) and made us aware. But on top of that, she offered us an alternative and organised the new booking for us, as well as a refund for the difference. The communication and organisation from start to finish was absolutely brilliant and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

“We had a very good experience with Baltic Travel. We went on the Scandinavian capitals trip - 3 nights in each of Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. It was all very well organised and the hotels were good choices - quite different in each location but always well-positioned to see the city on foot. Any extra information we asked for was accurately provided. If anyone is going on this particular tour I would recommend you see if a train option could be provided or hand the car back when you arrive in Stockholm. We found that there is lots to see in each capital so the car stayed in expensive car parks in Oslo and Stockholm. But would definitely recommend Baltic Travel and particularly Daina who organised our trip. Thank you!”

“Inga at Baltic Travel was wonderful to work with remotely! We communicated by email, and she put together a wonderful trip based on our preferences and timetable. All the transportation connections were just right, the hotels were convenient and comfortable. Tickets, hotel reservations were all sent via email well in advance of our departure. She even included maps showing walking directions with times from railway stations to hotels! Inga made our travel easy. I highly recommend Baltic Travel. (while I indicate in the ratings that replies to our communications often took some time, this was due to 10 hour time differences)”

“After years of booking holidays abroad myself using the big name travel websites I'm glad for my Baltic trip to Estonia and Latvia that I went back to the old school ways and used a travel company to arrange my entire trip. Their email comms are always responsive, provide clear information, and also show a friendly manner. Daina was who I was dealing with and she also provided a very detailed itinerary including maps and directions for each location on my trip. Flights, hotels, and car rental all went smoothly. As for my trip, I enjoyed the stunning scenery and old world architecture at my destinations Tallinn, Parnu, Jurmala, and Riga. I've included some photos from my trip. Thanks again :-) .”
