“My partner and I recently visited Finland (Nellim Wilderness Hotel) for new year with friends and we had an absolute amazing time. We done the Aurora and Winter Wonderland package and can honestly say it was worth every penny! The husky safari was a once in a lifetime experience. The guides on all the activities were fun and very helpful. The three bedroom apartment was perfect and very spacious and we took full advantage of the sauna we had. The food in the hotel was excellent and always plenty to choose from. The hotel staff were always on hand to help with any queries we had. Baltic Travel were excellent from the moment we booked the holiday and our contact (Julija Leliunaite) couldn’t have been more helpful and I can honestly say our trip wouldn’t have happened without her. E-mails were always prompt with any questions we asked and she was always helpful if we needed to call her. We will definitely be using Baltic Travel again with future holidays and have recommended them and Finland to many people since returning. Thank you Baltic Travel and especially Julija”

“We had a wonderful trip to Finland over the Holidays and had the pleasure of visiting Helsinki and Nellim. The accommodations were very nice and the Nellim resort is definitively a winter wonderland! Julija Leliunaite was great to work with while planning our trip; she was helpful and very knowledgeable. A trip to remember for sure! Many thanks! Way a way to celebrate our birthdays!”

“Michale of Baltic Travel, made our vacation possible.. we had limited time but he was able to schedule an exciting itinerary that worked within our restrictive availability and what we wanted to do. The guides, and tours did not disappoint, hotels were well located and of a great standard, would definitely use Baltic Travel Again.”

“I returned from Nellim, Finland on 30th December 2018 after a 3 night break, and I can quite honestly say, that I would love to go back. Travelling on my own for the first time, the staff and the guides were so friendly which was a massive help to me. Plus I felt completely spoilt with the food, accommodation and the excursions. If I could give it 11 out of 10, then I would. I will most definitely be recommending The Baltic Travel Company to family and friends, and of course, Julija who was so helpful and it didn't matter how silly I thought my questions were, she was happy to answer them and she replied promptly. Thank you once again for a fantastic trip.”

“We absolutely loved our trip to Norway arranged by Baltic Travel Company. We had quite specific requirements and preferences and Baltic were able to accommodate all of these despite us booking with very short notice. The trip was for our anniversary and Baltic ensured this was passed on to the hotel who spoilt us with a card, chocolates and prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The hotel was lovely, the staff wonderful and we loved all of the excursions arranged for us and even got to see the northern lights, which was really magical. It was a truly unforgettable break and we wouldn't hesitate to book using Baltic again. Special thanks to Julija at Baltic who arranged everything for us, she was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!”

“Our 2018 Christmas Break holiday included a trip to St Petersburg Russia. We flew from Berlin (having spent about 10 days in Germany) to Helsinki. From here we took the Allegro train to St Petersburg around 3 hours. Normal class was perfect lotsof leg room very clean friendly staff. Is was absolutely easy and a fantastic experience. At the boarder Russian Immigration and Customs officers boarded the train and process your visas. Stress free. St Petersburg is a beautiful City, we visited once before however not in the winter. It is pure magic, especially as we are Australians and love the winter Christmas period. We returned to London with BA. Daina at Baltic travel organised the rail tickets, flight from Russia, accommodation and transfers from train station and out to the airport. The driver was on time and ensured we were transported in a safe manner. We stayed at the Hotel Petro Palace. We would absolutely recommend as the location is excellent, beautiful room friendly helpful staff and not a bad buffet breakfast. If you are incline to tackle the local underground system there is a line about one block from the hotel - the ticket machine offer an English option- if you can use the tube this will be a very easy system. If you are a walker very easy city to navigate. This is the second time we have used Baltic Travel and highly recommend there services. You will not be disappointed! Safe and Happy travels.”

“We had a great trip to Moscow and St Petersburg and Baltic Travel were really helpful all the way through the booking process as we had lots of questions!! Thank you for all your help in organising it. Both hotels were in great locations with really helpful staff. Both our guides were excellent, they were both very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The itinerary worked well for us, there was enough to give us a good flavour of the cities with enough free time to do our things. We definitely recommend this trip to others.”

“We had a wonderful time together and the holiday was spectacular. The Hotel flights and experience was superb. A couple of points:- the planned activities were amazing however if you’re booking again for new clients take into consideration the following. A) Aurora Camp was exceptionally cold sitting for 2.5 hours waiting for something to happen. It’s great sitting around a campfire but the conversation between 12 went flat after about 10 mins and the guide we had didn’t say much. There wasn’t anything to do !! Maybe toast marshmallows or something ?? I think this was something like 90 Euro’s each and very boring!!! The husky ride was tremendous, however the dogs kept getting tired and we could have done with a couple more pulling our sledge. We had 4 dogs in total, personally 6 would have been better. We were the first group in the morning and were first out. Two of our dogs kept fighting and they needed to be changed twice. It didn’t help that there was a fresh snowfall but all in all a great and fun experience. Very memorable for New Years Day 2019. The Reindeer Farm was fabulous, so exciting and one of my favourite experiences. Snow Shooing in the wilderness was magical and the Snow Mobile trip was fantastic! We saw a bit of the Northern Lights at least and it really was a magical start to the New Year. We would definitely recommend this trip, flights, Hotel and experience. Thank you once again for your expertise and professionalism in arranging this holiday for us. It was magical and we’d definitely do it again.”

“Booking and general guidance/ after sales service & care from UK end - excellent. Travel logistical arrangements to/from Iceland - smooth & trouble free. Three day tour around Iceland - fascinating; comfy coach; dependable driver; superb guide - knowledgeable and excellent spoken English. Highly recommend. Hotel accommodation - somewhat basic; could be better to justify price of trip. Food - reasonable to good but Iceland very expensive. Overall very satisfied and certainly now have Baltic Travel on my radar for future trips.”

“We have just returned from the Highlights of Lapland trip staying at Muotka Wilderness Lodge with our 4 children. Everything about the trip; the booking process , the travel arrangements, the hotel and all of the activities were first class. At Muotka you really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet everything is made so easy for you and works so well, you can relax and fully enjoy being in this amazing place. I would fully recommend this trip.”

“We are a family of four from New Zealand with two adult daughters and travelled to Norway and Iceland. The Baltic Travel company organised an awesome holiday for us and included everything we asked for. We were lucky to see the northern lights in Tromso and had a magical time husky dog sledding and reindeer sleighs. We also really enjoyed Iceland where Baltic Travel organised a couple of day trips where we got a taste of the wonderful volcanic scenery, including amazing waterfalls, geysers, glaciers and black sand beaches. The accommodation was great and we highly recommend using Baltic Travel.”

“We had a great Time at Nelim Wilderness lodge. The people were great, the food was fantastic and the activities were loads of Fun. Weather conditions were not as hoped, which curtailed initial activities, but the staff at Nelim made sure we got to do everything we had hoped to. We would go back again. We also had travel troubles getting there, but Julija made sure the Lodge was made aware and we were greeted at 1:30 AM upon arrival with snacks to hold us until morning. Julija at Baltic travel and everyone at Nelim made this a great trip.”

“I recently embarked on a trip to Tromsø . I booked the Northern Lights Short Break package which was organised for me by Michael who was extremely helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Tromsø is a fantastic place to visit. You are always surrounded by breathtaking views and the people are friendly. I always felt completely comfortable even though I was travelling alone. I was lucky enough to witness the northern lights 3 times during my visit (including once on the plane home!) and although this trip came with a northern lights minibus tour included, I highly recommend booking an additional tour to maximise your chances (I booked the aurora safari which was an absolutely amazing experience)- I'm really glad I did this as I got to see an even better light show the second time around. There are many different types of tours to chose from and the staff at Baltic Travel are more than happy to book/organise them for you. I recommend booking with Baltic Travel if you're interested in a stress-free trip to Norway particularly if you are an inexperienced traveller like me.”

“We had a great three nights in Tromso's Radission Blu. Really good hotel with excellent breakfasts included. Would recommend the Northern Lights trip and taking the cable car to the top of the mountain - great to see the colours in the sky as the sun rose at 11am. Well done to Baltic Travel for organising everything and clearly setting out the itinery and what to expect.”
