“Ordered some ball bearings for my slingshot but they never arrived. I sent an email to notify them to which I received a copy of the dispatch note with no explanation as to what they might do to help. Gave up and bought from Amazon instead for nearly the same price and they arrived next day. So much for using local or national companies”

“There was a mix-up in the supply of loose roller bearings. After an Email pointing this out they responded in double quick time and the correct ones were delivered the next day. You know you are dealing with a good company when the response to a problem is delt with in a quick and efficient manner. Top marks. I will be using this company again.”
