“First class service from these guys. Great selection of loose imperial size rollers and not priced out of this world. All nicely packed including a slip of VPI paper. Easy to use web site and trouble-free on-line ordering/payment. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Disgusted! Very misleading Web site. Thought I ordered 100 x 14mm ball bearings, sent me 1. With carriage, cost over £8.00. Said they would refund me, but not the postage. Hardly worth it after paying more postage to send it back. .”

The listing clearly states that the Grade is 100 (Precision Ball Grade) not the pack quantity. On the quantity drop down it states pack of 1. We offered to refund the cost of the ball upon return but not the Royal mail postage as per our terms and conditions and due to the fact that it wasn't our error.
