“My mistake, I thought I would be getting more than 1no. 20mm ceramic balls for a cost of £30...what a joke. Just bought 5kg of same balls for £60 elsewhere. I couldn`t actually believe they would be charging £30 for one ball...how foolish I was!”

Hi there, The ball you purchased was a precision ceramic ball which has a much higher price than milling beads purchased by the KG. These are typically used in critical applications where a high quality finish is required such as precision bearings, aerospace etc. If you wish to return the ball for a refund we will be happy to action this for you.

“Disgusted! Very misleading Web site. Thought I ordered 100 x 14mm ball bearings, sent me 1. With carriage, cost over £8.00. Said they would refund me, but not the postage. Hardly worth it after paying more postage to send it back. .”

The listing clearly states that the Grade is 100 (Precision Ball Grade) not the pack quantity. On the quantity drop down it states pack of 1. We offered to refund the cost of the ball upon return but not the Royal mail postage as per our terms and conditions and due to the fact that it wasn't our error.

“Ordered some ball bearings for my slingshot but they never arrived. I sent an email to notify them to which I received a copy of the dispatch note with no explanation as to what they might do to help. Gave up and bought from Amazon instead for nearly the same price and they arrived next day. So much for using local or national companies”

Hi Clive, Sorry to hear about the issues your having with your order, which member of our staff did you speak with as we have plenty of 15mm and 17mm AISI 420 GD100 in stock and have done for some time? Our records indicate that your order 42206 left our warehouse and was dispatched to your address on the 20th of July. As you haven't received the order, I presume it must have been lost in transit.
