“Purchased two 27 cm cake cooling racks. Superb quality and heavy duty - a lifetime purchase. Cakes came away clean from the non-stick coating. A great, top quality product. Delivery was quick and items arrived well packaged.”

“Really pleased with the loaf tins. Having no previous life experience of loaf tins not sure if they are better or worse than any others. But some blinding bread has been produced. Huzzah.”

“Made my first EINKORN loaf in my new bread tin, it was lovely and the tin was great to work with. Also the thermometer is an excellent tool to have in the kitchen, don't know how I've managed without one. Highly recommend BAKERY BITS, communication by email was first class, and delivery was excellent.”

“BakeryBits after a search on the internet has been my gateway into the world of baking, to begin to understand all the magical complexities and navigate around all the rabbit holes that awaits the Newbie. Was refreshing to find that there was a telephone number in the Contact Us details that was answered within a perfectly acceptable and very modest wait time. The chap who answered the phone on several enquiries was very helpful without the patronage and each time not only was my specific enquiry answered I came away a little more enlightened in general on this wonderful world that I've just entered. BakeryBits is my Go To for all my baking needs and enquiries, especially all the resources available on their website.”

“Recent delivery of Marriage's flour received badly damaged. Please reply to my email 14 September requesting immediate free of charge replacement - WHEN ?! For 12 months you have listed Priors White Rye Flour as available, but you never have any stock to order - WHY ?! Why do you not reply to our support emails - this is not "support" it's poor customer service !!”

“Yeast ruined during expensive delivery - You will see from the photo that your £2 fresh yeast expensively delivered Tue 6 Sep@£6 is in no fit state for bread making. We respectively requested that you resend this order of two 42g yeasts at no charge and concerned to not even had an acknowledgment.”

“I've only used it once (another one proofing as I type). It's a lovely piece of kit, feels like quality and when I get the hang of making a more successful sourdough, I hope to achieve the beautiful pattern of leaves that are in the brotform”

“This is an excellent company. Commencing with the website- well laid out, very informative, and easy to navigate. The ability to set up wish lists for future orders and ability to look back at previous orders is ideal. Checkout is seemless. Everything is well packaged and delivery is speedy and informed. The range of products is excellent- many are unavailable elsewhere such as the French t flour wildfarm equivalents. Diax, gluten and other ingredients are a godsend to an enthusiastic home baker. Well done.”
