“This looks to be a very useful help when making up new bread recipes. I have yet to use the pocket companion though I would have appreciated it had it included different flour grades and uses especially now as there a number of artisan mills providing a variety of specialist flours, Italian and french flour grades for a start.”

“I just received my order and I am very happy to write this unsolicited review and recommend to anyone in Canada to go ahead and order from Bakery Bits. It only took 5 days to receive it in a small town in northern British Columbia, Canada. The box was VERY well packed and each item in the box was individually wrapped in cardboard and taped with paper tape. The packing material is easily recyclable, slit cardboard. The items that I purchased were perfect and of the size I expected, not under-sized, so everything is good value for the money. All are not available in Canada, like sodium benzoate-free candied citron and fruit, and various yeasts for bread. I'm one happy customer!”

“Excellent products and service. Picture loaf: 10% Mathews malted rye 25% wholemeal 65% stoates strong white 20gm olive oil Dusting flour equal quantities of semolina, wholemeal flours and fine polenta. Oh! The wine, sorry no licence at Bakery Bits. First loaf for 18 months.”
