“OMG! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 DHL delivered in 3days!!! ❤️❤️ Bakerybits packaging was AMAZINGLY AWESOME! HRH QE’s could not have been packaged better!! And so compact! And so fresh!! 👌🥰 baked Veda bread and it tasted Absolutely delicious because the ingredients were so so fresh! Yes will be buying more from Bakerybits very soon! Thank you everyone at Bakerybits and DHL!! So impressed with British Quality and STANDARD and efficiency! Got package on time in 3 days!”

“According to my records I have somewhat surprisingly been a customer of Bakery Bits since 2012. During this time I have purchased: 2 Stainless Steel Pizza sheets, a steel cloche, a granite stone, 2 bread peels, maybe a lame or two, bannetons in excess, a linen couche and various dough scrapers. I would have bought an Italian spiral dough mixer also but these had alas sold out. The quality of the items purchased has been very good to exceptional. They have served and continue to serve me well and all orders made with this company have been promptly delivered with the minimum of fuss. It is often said that the worth of a company may be gauged by their response when things go wrong and on this I cannot comment for NOTHING has EVER gone amiss. The only thing (and I am struggling here) is that I do wish the embossed logo on their plastic dough scraper was either missing or less raised as it is irritatingly difficult to clean occasioning more than a few "colorful (U.S.sp.) metaphors" over the years. Good people to do business with. The attached pictures feature: Hamelman's Deli Rye (BB 800g bannetons), a 2 kilo Vermont Sourdough Miche (BB 2 kilo lined banneton), Champlain Sourdough with seeds (BB 1 kilo banneton) and a pizza slice baked on the stainless steel plate from Bakery Bits. The Little Owl is our Head Baker.”

“I ordered just before the deadline and my order arrived as promised the following day. The packaging was really good and I am very pleased with the baker's percentage scales. I haven't used any of the flour yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I received excellent customer service from Faith and a refund for an item I realized I actually didn't need was quickly sorted.”

“Very frustrating really because Bakery Bits have a lot of really interesting products that are difficult to find anywhere else, on their website. But it goes downhill from there - the website is very clunky, products are frequently out of stock, if you want to order a list of things then some of your list goes out of stock as soon as the last item you were waiting for comes in. And if you do manage to put an order together, sometimes it can be very slow to dispatch, then if you ring up to progress the order the Customer Service is very inward-looking and unfriendly. Often, no real product documentation is provided, for example first-use and care instructions for my 12x12x40 Pullman Loaf Pan. To season or not to season? Should it be washed between uses? Some of the flour is of variable quality - my first bag of Foricher T65 was fabulous but subsequent deliveries were less and less strong, making me doubt my bread baking. After more than a year of trying everything, eventually I got a different make and nothing can go wrong! Hard lesson learnt there though. So, after 4 or 5 years of trying to support Bakery Bits, I think it is finally time for me to quit as a customer. Sad times!”

“BakeryBits is my first choice of supplier for all my bread-making requirements. I know I can rely on speedy, well packed delivery and that I will be getting good value for money. There is an interesting choice of flours and I’ve been able to try some of their excellent recipes. I’ve just purchased a second flour mill attachment, the first was an Xmas present to my daughter, and we’re both looking forward to producing our own flour mixes.”

“Sourdough home. Excellent imediate delivery of order. Used to quickly rebuild a starter for another sourdough loaf. Accurate temperature control gave an optimum starter at precisely the correct time.”
