“I am very pleased with my pebbles clogs. I ordered size 10 as advised as I am normally a size 9. I had to return them for a Size 11 because they were still too small but the exchange fits perfectly. Good customer service backup as well”

“Love the clogs and have three pairs ! They are very hard wearing and great for as they state slipping on to go out in the garden I have recently purchased a plain white pair to wear to beach in the summer . They are true to size and in my opinion good value . Also very comfortable”

“Very pleased with my Backdoorshoes. Definitely need to go one size larger. They squeek when walking on hard flooring but are very comfy. I previously had some which lasted years so I'm a fan. They are perfect to slip on for indoor and outdoor use. Just wipe clean with a damp sponge.”

Thank you so much for the review- We apologise for the squeaky insoles . It affected a small batch and is very easy to fix immediately . Just sprinkle the underside of your insoles with talcum powder - Best regards Stephen

“Such a clever idea that my garden shoes parked at the back door are so pretty . I chose the daisy pattern cos I like daisies but it was a tough choice of funky styles. Delivery was prompt and the thought behind the shoe bag was totally original and I am thinking they would make great gifts. Its super to support a small UK business, thank you .”

“I have two pairs of backdoor shoes, one with extra grip to use outside and one 'pretty pair' to use in the house as they give my feet the extra support that I don't get from slippers.”

“Not as good as my original pair which I had for many years. The new ones although the same size as the old ones are much stiffer and I had to remove the insoles to be able to get them on at all. I am persevering with them but rather disappointed overall. Sorry to tell you this but you did ask for a review.”

Hello Sonia , thank you for the review - Obviously we are disappointed that it wasn’t 5 star like almost all of our reviews . We have been making them for almost 20 years from the same material and they are always a little stiff to begin but become soft very quickly . We are very happy for you to email and send an image to us and we will of course resolve straight away . It’s not usual that they should be difficult to get on. “Brilliant. Extremely hard wearing. I've had my previous pair for over 10 years and still use them despite cracks finally appearing on the bottom. I've just bought the chicken ones for a change. They are a bit different from my old shoes but just as comfortable and hopefully just as hard wearing.”

“Hello, Thank you for the opportunity of sending you some feedback. Backdoorshoes work. They are light, incredibly comfortable, they look great and they’re easy to clean. I love the designs. They work equally well with or without socks. I always buy one size bigger than my regular shoes, and, if I need a little bit more space, I just removed the insoles, they are incredibly comfortable either way.”

The men’s chunky tread were originally designed to wear without the insole which is included - if you want a little extra space we recommend to remove it . They will be just as comfortable without . “Purchased these for son & daughter-in-law for Christmas as they moved into a house with a garden,so needed some shoes to slip into to pop into garden & workshop. They have cats and a son loves tinkering in the workshop,so a pair of shoes sports the cat design,the other one the nuts &bolts. Perfect. Ps. I treated myself to the daisy design ones !”
