“I have two pairs of backdoor shoes, one with extra grip to use outside and one 'pretty pair' to use in the house as they give my feet the extra support that I don't get from slippers.”

“Not as good as my original pair which I had for many years. The new ones although the same size as the old ones are much stiffer and I had to remove the insoles to be able to get them on at all. I am persevering with them but rather disappointed overall. Sorry to tell you this but you did ask for a review.”

Hello Sonia , thank you for the review - Obviously we are disappointed that it wasn’t 5 star like almost all of our reviews . We have been making them for almost 20 years from the same material and they are always a little stiff to begin but become soft very quickly . We are very happy for you to email and send an image to us and we will of course resolve straight away . It’s not usual that they should be difficult to get on. “Brilliant. Extremely hard wearing. I've had my previous pair for over 10 years and still use them despite cracks finally appearing on the bottom. I've just bought the chicken ones for a change. They are a bit different from my old shoes but just as comfortable and hopefully just as hard wearing.”

“Hello, Thank you for the opportunity of sending you some feedback. Backdoorshoes work. They are light, incredibly comfortable, they look great and they’re easy to clean. I love the designs. They work equally well with or without socks. I always buy one size bigger than my regular shoes, and, if I need a little bit more space, I just removed the insoles, they are incredibly comfortable either way.”

Hi Tony, Thank you so much for your feedback . The men’s chunky tread were originally designed to wear without the insole which is included - if you want a little extra space we recommend to remove it . They will be just as comfortable without . “Purchased these for son & daughter-in-law for Christmas as they moved into a house with a garden,so needed some shoes to slip into to pop into garden & workshop. They have cats and a son loves tinkering in the workshop,so a pair of shoes sports the cat design,the other one the nuts &bolts. Perfect. Ps. I treated myself to the daisy design ones !”

“I recently, purchased two pairs of women's clogs. One pair - Cats, the other Autumn Leaves (both sale items) One pair for the back door and the other for the front! My order arrived within a couple of days. I did have recourse to contact Backdoorshoes Customer Service with a query though. The response time and action to resolve the matter was actioned swiftly. The quality of the clogs is superb and I look forward to getting many years of use out of them. I shall certainly be purchasing more pairs for gifts for friends.”

“Purchased in the hope they would be comfortable as I have arthritis of the ankle and plantar fasciatis and I can say I am not disappointed at all. Highly recommend these! Support and comfort all in one, and as light as a feather. I've bought two pairs I'm that impressed. I've not found anything else on the market that comes close to comparing to these flip flops. Thanks so much! I will be purchase another pair in a different colour.”

“I have a few pairs of your shoes - some with bright red tulips another pair with lilac butterflies. I wear these shoes in my work as a carer in a nursing home, the residents find there bright colours amusing and it makes them smile. They are perfect for showering residents -no more wet feet- and quiet for nightshift also brilliant as back door shoes!”
