“I've ordered two items but only received one even though both were marked as successfully packed and shipped. KIDLY definitely needs to improve their picking and dispatch process, potentially bar codes and scanning system? This would prevent human error as only scanned items would be marked as packed. Error was solved after contacting customer service but that doesn't change the fact it was a birthday present and only 1 item was given as a present on the day.”

“Very lovely little bottle for small hands . My son really loves it and that’s most important. The only problem this bottle leaks so you unable just put it in the back . Not sure is it faulty or that’s how its made .”
