I purchased the Callowesse baby monitor priced at £69.99. The delivery of the monitor was very quick. Unfortunately after setting up I could see the monitor screen clarity was very inferior. I can compare it to my sons Motorola baby monitor because I had been using this and the screen quality of this monitor is superb. That night I emailed baby monitors direct to express my disappointment and could you send me details for returning the Callowesse. I was given a reference number to quote in all further correspondence. The following day I spoke with Rachel from customer services, who was very helpful, and explained the returns procedure. She was very sorry that I wasn't happy with my Callowesse that I had purchased and she did apologise on several occasions. I explained to her that I did have the Motorola for comparison and the picture quality of the Callowesse model was a big concern. Rachel's email arrived some five minutes after speaking with her with the returns number. I have now packed up the Callowessse and returned it to you. In hindsight if I'd have purchased a more expensive model, with a higher quality screen resolution on the monitor the purchase would have been an enjoyable experience. The picture quality in the brochure and on the product box was superb, but in reality it was nothing like this on the monitor, which makes me think these pictures were superimposed. Overall the customer service from Baby Monitors Direct was excellent, but I feel I was let down by an inferior quality product. David Whiting. Order No. 141799066 Order date 17-10-2022
