“I ordered a Baby Jogger City Elite push chair on a Friday afternoon. I recieved an instant order update by email to advise it would ship on the Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday.
After a hiccup with delivery due to a courier error, I contacted the shop to advise them of this and ask for an update. Throughout this process they kept me updated and were quick to respond to any queries.
The push chair was delivered a two days later in perfect condition.
I always think a company isn't truly showing you their mettle unless something goes wrong and they show how they cope.
